The Challenge

What they were facing.

Nancy's is a locally owned Jamaican restaurant in Oracabessa, St. Mary, Jamaica. They had no website, no social media, and no digital presence at all. The owner wanted to attract more visitors and locals, but everything was word of mouth and foot traffic. The twist: Zeniva manages the entire project remotely from Canada.

The Solution

What we did.

We built dineatnancys.com from the ground up. Created a full brand guide covering logo usage, colors, and typography. Then we launched their social media presence from zero: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business. The April 2026 campaign is their first month of managed social, starting with 4 feed posts and 4 stories per month on Instagram. An intern handles design under Anneliese as creative director.

The Results

What happened.

The website is live. Social profiles are set up and the first campaign is rolling out. Nancy's went from zero digital presence to a professional website and active social channels, built and managed entirely from another country.
