Why We Built Hubly Links

By Zeniva Digital

The problem with link-in-bio tools

Every client we bring on at Zeniva gets their social profiles set up or optimized. That includes a link-in-bio page in their Instagram bio. For months, we used the usual tools: Linktree, Later's link-in-bio, a few others.

They all had the same issues. The free tiers looked generic. The paid tiers charged $5-10/month per client, which adds up when you manage multiple accounts. And none of them matched our clients' branding.

A barbershop with a carefully designed brand guide shouldn't have a Linktree that looks like every other Linktree.

So we built Hubly Links

Hubly Links is our own link-in-bio tool. We built it because we needed it for our own clients, and we figured other businesses would want it too.

Every Zeniva client gets a Hubly Links page as part of their onboarding. It's free for them. It matches their brand. And we control the experience.

Here's what makes it different:

Custom branding. Your colors, your logo, your fonts. Not a template with an orange gradient that every influencer uses.

Built-in analytics. Track clicks on every link. See which links get attention and which ones nobody touches. For Pro users, this connects to Zeniva Reports for full attribution.

Your domain. Use your own custom domain instead of hublylinks.com/yourbusiness. Professional from the first click.

How we use it with clients

When we onboard a new client, one of the first things we set up is their Hubly Links page. 876JamRock Restaurant was the first external page we launched.

The page goes in their Instagram bio, their TikTok profile, and any other platform that gives you one link. From there, customers can tap through to the menu, online ordering, Google reviews, or whatever the client needs to promote that month.

We update the links as campaigns change. Running a Valentine's Day special? The top link becomes the booking page. Launching a new menu? The top link goes to the menu PDF. The page stays relevant because we manage it alongside everything else.

The business model

Right now, Hubly Links is in beta. We use it with all Zeniva clients as a free perk. It costs us $50 total to run (domain only).

The plan is B2B outreach starting in month 5. We're targeting local restaurants and businesses in the GTA with a 60-day free trial, then converting to paid:

Starter Annual: $85/year

Starter Monthly: $9.99/month

Pro: $25/month (includes Zeniva Reports integration)

Sinan handles sales on commission. Conservative projections put us at 32 paying clients and $2,720 ARR by month 12. The upside scenario with Pro tier adoption is $12K+ at 18 months.

Why this matters

Most agencies don't build tools. They use other people's tools and charge you for the setup. We build our own because we want control over the client experience from the first touchpoint.

Hubly Links is one of three products we've built alongside the agency: Hubly Links for link-in-bio, Zeniva Reports for client reporting, and Draft Companion for the gaming market. Each one started because we needed something that didn't exist.

If you want a link-in-bio page that matches your brand and gives you actual data on what's working, reach out. We'll set one up for you.
